Bacterial and Fungal Identification Results
Your report includes sample identification, the identification of the isolate according to the validated MicroSeq database, the confidence level (genus or species) and any additional information or further analysis that was used to help with the identification of your sample. The date the testing was performed and the name of the library will also be in the report. A list of the 10 closest matches from the MicroSeq database and the phylogenetic tree results are included following the identification of the sample.
